Custom wigs take 5-10 business days to ship out. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to Exclusive Inches due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Exclusive Inches is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Exclusive Inches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Exclusive Inches will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGES.
You can exchange the product within 3 days from the day of receipt if the following criterias are met:
The hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.
There are no exchanges on custom wig orders.
How to Exchange a Product

- Once your exchange is approved, and we have received the product, we will ship out replacement product.
