RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

At Exclusive Inches we are committed to providing you the best service possible! Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. We offer an Express service so you can keep your appointment. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order. In such cases where you would need your product immediately, we offer Express Shipping. Orders must be placed by 12:00 CST to ship out same day.
